THE PROBLEM: Introducing Best Foot Forward (BFF), a healthcare resource management corporation that partners with healthcare organizations, primarily government insurance Managed Care health plans. BFF specializes in reconnecting with hard-to-reach, high-utilization, or target-risk group members in order to encourage them to make the most of their existing insurance coverage. This leads to improved health outcomes and Health Plan effectiveness. Due to their success, BFF contacted KO Business Solutions in May 2023 to design a solution that would manage their talent attraction and recruitment process. BFF was planning to create two call centers in Hillside, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia, and needed assistance hiring over 150 call center representatives, supervisors, data analysts and other support positions. The amount of hiring required stretched their internal team's capacity and impacted other critical business needs.

THE SOLUTION: Introducing KO Business Solutions. We efficiently developed a process to organize and map out training dates and submission deadlines around both call center buildout dates and locations. We also created reporting to determine projected hire rates based on class and pipeline status.

THE RESULTS: We successfully tracked and reported on the entire hiring progress of both locations, including tracking submissions/acceptance/declinations for trends and adjustments, lead the coordination of screening, scheduled interviews, updated BFF executive team on progress of each role, made verbal offers to select approved candidates, reported outcomes of verbal offers, scheduled such candidates through offer/acceptance/training class assignment, and more. In addition to the increased organization and visibility to the hiring trajectory, KO ensured that the requisite resources were deployed to meet the hiring demands of BFF. This included not only overseeing KO’s efforts but aligning the activities of other outside recruiting resources to meet the necessary client requirements. To date, KO has facilitated the hiring of 208 employees for BFF.
